Jackson Schools Invite Public to Join the Wellness Committee

The Jackson County School District recognizes that good nutrition, regular exercise, and prudent safety guidelines affect the health and well-being of our students, including their ability to learn. This provides a great opportunity to create a learning environment for your child to practice healthy and safe behaviors.
You are cordially invited to join us as a member of our Wellness Committee on February 23rd to help us recommend, communicate, and implement health and safety practices and policies. As a stakeholder in our school community, your input is particularly important, and we would be honored to have you as a JCSS Wellness Committee member.
For more information, contact Dr. Debra Morris, Director of School Nutrition at dmorris@jcss.us.
